Questions

I sit here as questions run amoke
My head is a nearly flooding river
while clear reason is its dam
Half of me works with sledge hammers
pounding away at the concret of the dam
The other half works to patch
what the sledge hammers do
The problem
or is it?
is the half stated first
their work seems faster
And when the patchers patch one hole
two others are open preceding their goal
